How to get a body like Bec Judd

SHE is one of the most-followed WAGs on social media. And now Rebecca Judd has given us an insight into what it takes to get her incredible body.

The mother-of-four has showed off her fitness regimen on Instagram and it features squats, skipping, lunges, wall sits and frog jumps to make her sweat.

Of course, the 34-year-old still looked totally glamorous, wearing her line of activewear, Jaggad.

In March, Judd hit out at skinny shamers after being ridiculed about her weight.

The stunning AFL WAG — who is married to former Carlton captain Chris Judd — was on a TV shoot for Postcards when a group of women in their 60s suggested she wouldn’t actually eat the meal that was in front of her.

“I hear this group of women, they would have been in their 60s, coming to the side,” Judd said on KIIS FM at the time.

When Judd wasn’t able to eat the dish because the crew needed to shoot it for the Postcards segment, she said the women remarked, “Typical, told you she wouldn’t eat it”.
